Sick / Injured / Dead Native Wildlife

If you’ve found a native animal that is sick/injured/dead call the Department of Conservations 24 hour emergency hotline at 0800 DOC HOT (0800 362 468)

Your first point of contact should be Nelson Vets or Nelson SCPA if you come across an injured or sick animal that is not native to New Zealand
